Learning Latin For Life

Tax Associate Nick LaSpina earned a BS from the University of Notre Dame in three years because of Advanced Placement classes, including Latin, in high school.

LaSpina earned a JD from the Cardozo School of Law and a LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law.

“The ways Latin has helped me are incalculable,” said LaSpina. “I had a much easier time navigating the dense academic language than some of my peers.”

As a member of the Marching Band in high school, he said, “I made lifelong friends and loved the spirit of camaraderie that we shared.”
